These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rosetrienity website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

When you place an order:

• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and major digital wallets.
• All prices include applicable GST — no additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all eligible reasons including change of mind, wrong size, defective or wrong item. Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method (Razorpay — UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

We ship across India only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Rosetrienity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, festivals, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your order to the shipping address provided.

All content on the Rosetrienity website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Rosetrienity and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Rosetrienity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
